  • Outpatient Services / Senior Citizen Clinics: Consultations available from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM from Monday to Saturdays.
  • Physiotherapy: Physiotherapy assessments, treatment and rehabilitation programs to aid recovery, improve mobility, and enhance quality of life.
  • Pharmacy: Convenient in-house pharmacy providing prescribed medications.
  • Lab services: Facility for timely collection of blood and other samples to support diagnosis and monitoring.
  • Dietary Services: Personalized diet counselling and nutrition plans to meet the unique health needs of each elderly patient, promoting better recovery and overall wellness.
  • IP stays - short term stays for up to 2-4 weeks for patients requiring rest and rehabilitation for:
    • Transitional Care - Following a period of acute care in the hospital to prepare them to return home. For example, for elders recovering from medical or surgical conditions, such as hip fractures or strokes or knee replacement surgery, to help them regain strength and confidence before returning home.
    • Respite Care: Short-term care for elders at the centre, providing caregivers with a temporary break to rest, attend to personal matters, or travel, knowing their loved one is in safe hands.
    • Medical Day Care: For simple procedures like IV or injection infusions which require the elderly to stay for 5-6 hours, reducing the burden on caregivers while ensuring elders receive timely medical care.
    • Palliative and Hospice Care - This service is available to all, irrespective of age, if deemed eligible by the Dept. of Palliative Medicine, SJMCH.
    • We plan to begin the Memory and cognitive daycare services for the elderly at our centre shortly.
  • Weekly Engagement Activities - At SJGC, we believe in holistic well-being for our elders through meaningful engagement.

Every Thursday at 4:00 PM, we host musical sessions led by our social worker and physiotherapist, creating joyful opportunities for social interaction and emotional upliftment.

On Saturdays at 11:00 AM, we conduct group physiotherapy sessions to help elders improve mobility, strength, and overall health in a supportive environment.
