A comparative study assessing the diagnosis of multiple myeloma using various laboratory tests such as Serum Electrophoresis, Immunotyping, and Free Light Chains in M band analysis is needed. One essential component of diagnosing these disorders is the detection of monoclonal proteins [M- protein].
