Multifocal extra-ocular sebaceous carcinoma
Sebaceous carcinomas are uncommon, aggressive, malignant neoplasms derived from the adnexal epithelium of sebaceous glands. Approximately 75% of these tumors arise in the periocular region, commonly arising from the Meibomian glands of the eyelid. Extra-ocular sebaceous carcinomas are very uncommon and usually arise on the head and neck.
