Acute ST elevation myocardial infarction in a patient with caged ball mitral valve prosthesis: a case report

We are reporting the occurrence of coronary artery embolism presenting as acute ST elevation myocardial infarction, 15 years after mitral valve replacement in a 30 year old female, with no clinical evidence of PVT.
