St John’s Medical College Hospital in Bengaluru inaugurated its geriatric centre, ‘A Ray of Hope’, on Friday, aiming to enhance elderly and palliative care services. The facility, located on the hospital campus in Koramangala, is designed to provide chronic and palliative care, training for healthcare personnel, community engagement programmes, and research on aging and geriatrics, the hospital said in a statement.
