Effect of metformin and Vitamin E compared to lifestyle modification on AST/Platelet ratio in PCOS patients with associated NASH
Deepa Kulkarni, Spoorthi Pai, Vageesh Ayyar, Ganapathi Bantwal, Belinda George, Sonali Appaiah PCOS is associated with states of insulin resistance, dyslipidemia, obesity and NASH. Newer non invasive biochemical indices are available for the assessment of NAFLD like the AST/Platelet ratio.
