Experience

• Senior resident (Post MCh) 2009-2011 at St John's Medical College Hospital
• Assistant Professor 2011-2014 at St John's Medical College Hospital
• Associate Professor 2014 till June 2024 at St John's Medical College Hospital
• Professor Grade 2 from July 2024 till date Provide expert surgical care to pediatric patients ranging from newborns to adolescents.
• Perform a wide range of pediatric surgical procedures, including neonatal surgery, Paediatric Urology, laparoscopic surgery, thoracic surgery, and Paediatric Surgical Oncology, Paediatric Transplant
• Involved in care of paediatric trauma at tertiary level
• Trained in intensive care of paediatric and neonatal surgical cases including ventilation and critical care
•  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatricians, neonatologists, Paediatric Nephrologists, Paediatric Hematooncologists,  and other specialists to provide comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
• Actively participate in teaching and supervising Mch and MS residents, medical students,  Nursing students and fellows.
• Recognised as PG teachers to guide the dissertation work of PG medical students by RGUHS since August  2016 ( Overall teaching experience of 18 years) 
• Engage in research activities to advance the field of pediatric surgery and improve patient outcomes. (specifically in Pancreatic and Nutrition)
• Experience of managing special clinics at consultant level - Paediatric Nephro- Urology Clinic, Hydrocephalus spina bifida clinic, 
• Trained in Paediatric Urodynamic Study (UDS)

• CKSOS local Info Centre- For Awareness and education of families at local levels – camps, activities at various levels.
• CKSOS Doc Resources– To be aware of nearby active and available resources or easier ways for required referrals and recommendations.
• Pediatric Cancer Clinic – Would have a selected panel of doctors to collaborate, share resources and provide online consultation and physical as well based on the location of the patients and doctors availability.

NGO and Social Development- For supportive and financial care we will try and collaborate with other NGOs and funding agencies to help needy patients
