I am a doctoral researcher at the Division of Nutrition, St. John’s Research Institute, with a growing interest in public health nutrition, body composition, and metabolic health. My academic training and early research experience have provided me with a strong grounding in nutrition research methodologies and scientific communication.

My work broadly focuses on understanding metabolic health across different stages of life, with particular emphasis on nutrition-related risk factors in the Indian context. I am interested in exploring how body composition and lifestyle factors influence metabolic outcomes, especially in populations undergoing rapid nutrition and lifestyle transitions.

I am motivated by the potential of evidence-based nutrition research to inform preventive strategies and support the development of contextually relevant public health and policy approaches.
