PhD student in Public Health Nutrition, working under the guidance of Dr. Rebecca Kuriyan Raj. My research focuses on early-life nutrition, body composition, and the double burden of malnutrition, with a particular interest in metabolic risk emerging in infancy and childhood.

  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics, Ranchi Women’s College

  • Project Intern (6 months), Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI), Mysuru- Engaged in research-oriented work related to food science, nutrition analysis, and public health applications. 
  • Clinical Nutrition Intern (5 months), Health Point Hospital, RanchiAcquired practical experience in clinical nutrition and dietetics, including nutritional assessment, diet planning, patient counselling, and exposure to hospital-based nutritional care across different disease conditions.
